These Terms of Use govern access to and use of costumesbyjazzamatazz.com (the “Website”), operated by Jazzamatazz Inc. (“Jazzamatazz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, requesting or using an account, downloading or submitting an order form, or submitting an order through the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
Jazzamatazz is a dance costume business exclusively serving dance studios, schools, organizations and other approved customers. We do not disclose pricing or accept orders from individuals or re-sellers.
The Website provides information about our costume collections and services and may allow approved account holders to access pricing, view products, submit orders and use other account-specific features.
Jazzamatazz also provides traditional order forms for studios that prefer to prepare and submit orders manually rather than through the online ordering system.
The Website is not intended to operate as a traditional retail ecommerce store for individual consumers.
Certain Website features, including pricing and online ordering functionality, may only be available to approved account holders.
Submitting a Request an Account application does not guarantee approval.

Traditional order forms may be publicly available for download from the Website. Their public availability does not mean that orders will be accepted from individuals or organizations that do not meet Jazzamatazz’s account requirements.
Jazzamatazz reserves the right to verify account eligibility before processing any order submitted using a downloadable or manual order form.
Customers are responsible for using the current order forms and following the submission instructions provided by Jazzamatazz.
Customers using PDF, spreadsheet or other manual order forms are responsible for ensuring that all requested information is complete and accurate.
Manual order forms may be submitted using the methods identified by Jazzamatazz, which may include email or another approved method.
Submitting a manual order form does not mean that the order has been accepted, finalized or entered into production.

Customers should not modify Jazzamatazz order forms in a way that removes information required to process the order.
Customers will receive a detailed order confirmation, including shipping dates and complete costs. Only after customer approval and receipt of deposit, will an order be deemed accepted.
Submitting an order to Jazzamatazz is a request to purchase products. It does not create a binding obligation on Jazzamatazz to accept or fulfill the order.
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Jazzamatazz.

Where possible, Jazzamatazz will contact the customer to discuss an order that cannot be fulfilled as originally submitted.
Jazzamatazz is not obligated to accept an order merely because a similar order has been accepted previously, because products appear on the Website or in a catalogue, or because inventory or production information was displayed at the time the order was submitted.
Whether an order is submitted through the Website or through an approved manual ordering method, submitting the order does not mean that it has been accepted, finalized or entered into production.
Once Jazzamatazz has reviewed an order it is prepared to accept, Jazzamatazz will provide an order confirmation for customer review.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their order confirmation, including:
The customer must notify Jazzamatazz promptly of any discrepancy before approving the order confirmation.
The Jazzamatazz order confirmation becomes the working order used to fulfill or produce the customer’s order.
Production or fulfillment will proceed based on the information contained in the approved order confirmation.
Jazzamatazz is not responsible for customer-submitted errors that were accurately reflected in an order confirmation and subsequently approved by the customer.
Approval of an order confirmation does not require Jazzamatazz to fulfill an order where circumstances arise that make fulfillment impossible or commercially impracticable. Where this occurs, Jazzamatazz will contact the customer to discuss available options.

Payment arrangements, deposits, balances and other payment-related matters are handled separately by Jazzamatazz.
Customers are responsible for paying all amounts due in accordance with the terms provided for their order.

Any inventory counts, production estimates, shipping estimates or availability information displayed on the Website are provided for general informational purposes and are subject to change.
Jazzamatazz does not guarantee that an item shown as available will remain available until an order has been reviewed and accepted.
Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless Jazzamatazz expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
